We were preparing for our wedding and needed to prioritize for the big event.  We sat down with Susana to discuss what options we had with the amount of time we were working with.  The wedding was only a few months away and there was still so much to do.  Susana and her team made sure our transaction was done as efficiently and as quickly as possible.  Not only were they a pleasure to work with, we are proud to say that we have found a good friend through our journey together.  We look forward to working with Susana again.

I was looking for a rental and found out that the MLS did not have too many rentals within my price range.

I told Sue that I was looking for a rental, she began working with me to find the right one for me within my price range.  I would get weekly emails from her on listings she found on the internet, as well as any leads from her friends and colleagues.  It was so helpful to know that I had Sue on my side helping me out, even if she wasn't getting anything out of it.  It just proves to me time and again, how dedicated she is to her clients.  I would work with Formula Mortgage again and again, and continue to tell my friends and family to work with them.
